Have you ever grabbed a French vanilla cappuccino from one of those one-touch machines at a gas station and thought, wow, I wish this tasted better! Well, look no further — we’ve combined a subtle warm vanilla with brown sugar, cardamom, and nutmeg to bring you all of the nostalgia and all of the flavor. It’s delightfully creamy, well-balanced, and not too sweet.

This drink really gave us a hard time when we were workshopping it. We found out that dates are acidic, and girl.. we went through hell and back to bring this drink to our menu. We combined dates, coconut milk, a little molasses, and a touch of brown sugar to bring a delightfully sweet, but still date-forward flavor, and topped with a touch of sea salt.

Our masala chai is one of the best spicy little guys in town, and if there’s one way to improve it, it’s by adding fresh, house-made mandarin orange syrup. It’s a touch sweeter than the original chai with a lil citrus touch.
