If you know anything about Nashville coffee, you know about the Cuban. It’s a latte with sweetened condensed milk, and you can find one in most coffee shops around town. What we’ve done is take that and add a little house-made peppermint syrup. Kinda gives melted candy cane. it rocks.
GERI HALLIWELL (aka Ginger Spice) $6 — 12 / 16 oz

This drink is a gorgeous one. We slow-cook ginger and molasses and let it steep in real nice for a real long while. What you get is reminiscent of a ginger molasses cookie (which someone told me today is maybe not a winter cookie? But we disagree).

Our sweetie girl Brigit brought this syrup down to Nashville from Michigan when she moved here earlier this year, and boyyyyy we’re stoked about it (her moving here, but also this drink). It’s a delicately-sweet drink with a hint of rosemary and a dash of salt on top. It’s fragrant, sweet and salty, and perfect.

Are we crazy for making homemade eggnog? No. Because this is a drink that will convert even eggnog haters into eggnog lovers (eggNoggins, eggheads, whatever you wanna call them). It’s riiiich, and for that reason it is small, but it packs a helluva punch. Plus, it’s topped with a touch of freshly-grated nutmeg for that extra little something.
